The "Café Moskau" (Moscow Café) was one out of six "Nationality Restaurants" in eastern Berlin in the 1960s. It was planned in 1959 and opened in 1964. The restaurant was run until 1989. Today, the impressing building serves as location for exhibitions (e. g. fashion shows), parties, temporary clubs etc.
