There was a rush demand on the first days after the opening! So many people came looking for the new shopping mall.

The architecture enjoys great popularity. The curling glass elements are impressive and the front of the building with the hole looks astonishing and very nice.

Gut finde ich: das PalaisQuartier wird durch Nutzung der Erdwärme und Wärmerückgewinnung im Winter geheizt und im Sommer gekühlt. Das macht fast fünftausend Megawattstunden kohlendioxidfreie Energieproduktion pro Jahr. Dafür 5 Sterne

Description

Top Italian architect Massimiliano Fuksas designed the massive shopping mecca, named ‘My Zeil’. There are around 100 different stores within the structure, including an exclusive fitness club, a playground for children, plus several restaurants and cafes. In addition, the center employs around 3,000 workers.
