Description

The following demands, which had to be met in the design: • to serve as a break area for residents, visitors and people employed by the surrounding businesses and offices; • to provide playground space for young children; • to replace the trees which had been removed • to limit the bedding on the underground car park to a very small thickness; • to install a fountain (a demand in all of this developer’s projects) • to maintain an area clear for fire engines
